Refund Policy

1. Stage 1 Digital Products (ZIP Downloads)

All digital products delivered instantly — such as:
   •    application ZIP document packs
   •    guides
   •    checklists
   •    templates

are non-refundable, as they cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed.

If you experience issues downloading files, please contact us and we’ll make sure you receive full access.

2. Consultancy & Application Services

Refunds depend on how far your service has progressed.

Before any work has begun

If you purchased a Basic, Standard, or Premium service and have not yet submitted your intake form, you may request a 60% refund of the full package price.

After intake form submission

Once the intake form is received and analysis begins, time and consultation are invested.
At this stage, refunds may be partial (up to 40%), based on work completed.

After services are delivered

Once:
   •    program recommendations are provided,
   •    guidance is supplied,
   •    document collection review begins,
refunds are not available, as work has already been performed.

We always strive to deliver the promised value and support.

3. Missing Documents, Eligibility or Admission Outcomes

We cannot offer refunds if:
   •    your documents are incomplete or delayed,
   •    you are not admitted by a university,
   •    your visa is refused,
   •    you decide not to continue studying.

Our role is guidance and support — final admissions and visa decisions are made solely by universities and immigration authorities.

4. Service Changes & Upgrades

You may request:
   •    a service upgrade (Basic → Standard → Premium) by paying the difference
   •    a pause in your service if needed — email support to arrange timing

We try to be flexible depending on your situation.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us within the allowed timeframe at:

Include:
   •    your full name
   •    the email used to purchase
   •    date of purchase
   •    which package you purchased
   •    the reason for your request

We aim to reply within 2–5 business days.
